Should the city of El Paso, Texas, have been allowed to turn itself into a No-Vending Zone in order to protect brick-and-mortar restaurants from competition?

See how the Institute for Justice protected the right to earn an honest living for El Paso's Mobile Vendors.

  • Corporations hate competition. This is something that the so called left just cannot seem to understand. Gov't laws and regulations stiffel competition and lead to large mega corporations since their smaller competitors cannot manage the cost of complying. Competition improves workers wages, low consumer costs, and more consumer choices. BTW Ron Paul 2012!

  • Great job ij.org - great victory for you and everyone. Keep up the great work.
