Too bad you can't capture cities for the Natives. Or for the Pirates. Be fun to have a Chief or a Captain in Port Royale, instead of a Governor. :)

@BaronGrackle Speaking of which... the residents of Mosquito Coast aim to break away from Nicaragua, and they've tentatively formed a modern aboriginal village based community. Head down there and volunteer your time as a gap year adventurer and help unify meet with the elders there and figure out some sort of way for them to develop an indigenous conjunction of their scattered tribes.
