I will explain OMGtheHacker's reason:
1)The Japanese voice is maded by 100% original
2)We (Americans) cannot understand the Japanese Text

How come Bartz can fight like all of the other people. Ive never got to play though 5 yet, so whats with his whole using everyone's weapons motive.

In his game, there was a class called the "Mime" class, which could mimic other peoples actions made before. They took it a step further in Dissidia, having Bartz being able to copy other people's weapons and abilities.
