oh, btw, how'd they get the PBA Tour logo to display on the scorer consoles?

if you absolutely have to loft the gutter, then they probably won't stop you, as long as you don't loft it too far. and if the heads are dry you might have to loft it forward just a bit. and, some people naturally loft the ball a bit, and it's just their style (again, as long as it's not too far). and, modern synthetic lanes are much stronger than wood and can take the beatings much better.

only if it isn't for a good reason... such as shredding the rack. If it's for no apparent reason, some centers will probably tell you to hit the road.

I remember as a kid (junior league bowler) i was once talked to about lofting the ball too much. They don't like it.
