1. Use a steamy bathroom 2. Peel off the first layer and run the sticky side under the faucet (cool water, not hot) 3. Apply the protector and the thin film of water will make it easier to reposition it and easier to get bubbles out 4. HAIR DRYER TRICK: turn off iPod, blow hot air on any bubbles under the screen protector (this will make the bubbles bigger, but easier to rub out), turn off the dryer and massage the bubbles out.

Last minute tip: Don't forget to follow the instructions on the package, always make sure your screen is clean of dust and finger oils, and use Scotch Tape to lift any dust.

  • @Mr0wnage17 WOW you just made my day! (not)

  • HOW OLD ARE U ??

  • @tartamuditis jail bait.

  • Excellent tips! At least two I never thought of! I use screen protectors on my old PDAs (which are no longer made). However it is useful also to remember that electronic devices could be harmed with too much humidity if dampness gets inside them and messes with the circuits.

  • @bodryn yeah, I sort of cringed after hitting "end record" realizing that the humidity thing needed to be clarified. I'm bumping up your post bc it's an important observation!

  • Put tape on both screen and protector and pull off do that a lot and try

  • Thanks a lot for this valuable tip.Your advice worked extremely well. I had previously wasted 1 screen protector. Then I saw your video--and you simply made perfect sense. As for some people who might be worried about short circuiting their gadgets in a steam room, I didn't have to worry because I wasn't in the bathroom that long. Anyway, I wish I had seen your video first-- would have saved myself $3 for my 7" tablet. But you still saved me lots of headaches, agony, and priceless time. THANKS.

  • @shaynapulley LOL
