@lopito7 Brians not well. Hasnt been for some time. I get what your saying but i wouldnt write them off just yet. Every band gets tired and Placebo have had a heavy touring scedule.

@lopito7 there is one big difference, brian isnt doing drugs anymore. touring at festivals is quite hard. the old drummer is gone as well, and there is no reason to cry about that.

i liked the "old placebo" a lot, expecially the nancy brian. but the violin just perfectly fits to placebo, expecially to the "sleeping with ghost" songs. the drums arent that perfect at the moment, but that can be improved.

@lopito7 I saw them at brixton and it was one of the best damn gigs I've ever seen.

It's also worth mentioning that brian was already ill at this point (they cancelled all gigs after brixton) so it is very bloody likely he wasn't feeling the passion. So yes you are talking out of your ass. Oh the violins are wrong placebo is dead.. how ridiculous. It is true WYIN is their best album but battle was still a good album.

Hate to say this too but they aint getting any younger. get a grip.

Placebo has always been there for me... I love them, really, really, they saved me at many times of my life, their music has been my only emergency exit. But I think that since their last album, they've lost something, the little thing that made them what they were, that made them so special to me. I agree with lopito7, Placebo is dead, and I'm really sad to write this...
