  • I have also brought a Passer X from R2Hobbies and I would like to know if it would be a great idea if i install a Typhoon 2w-20 inrunner motor running on 5x5 prop on the glider to make it a hotliner??

Do you guys think it would be strong enough for high speed and if there battery compartment is big enough for 2200mah 3cells battery??

I would value your opinion. Thanks

    Hi Allan

This is a thermal bird and it is not suitable to be a hotliner. I am using 1250mAh 3s without problems. They are easy to set the CG.

  • Hi MrLgwest!

Thanks for the comment. No it is not hard to fly so no worries.

  • Thanks Peter for the comment. I just might do that, hehe.

  • I to am thinking of buying a Passer X but was just wondering whats the all up weight of it is please?Do you think you loose much"thermal peformance"compared to the powerless version?

  • really nice video, I've just bought my Passer-x from R2hobbies and can't wait for the delivery. Is it hard to fly, you make it look so easy.

  • Nice plane, cool

  • Great video (you could sell it do R2 hobbies).
