Someone else once said best IMO "Vast walks the line inbetween incredibly brilliant and corny". While I have a huge admiration for vast, and realize some of the brilliance is lost when I just don't have the cultural references to understand every level of his rhyming and delivery. Just sometimes I'm left scratching my head at some of his stuff.

Vast has recently restored my faith in rap having previewed almost 20 latest releases by so called stalwarts of the scene especially some trying to makev a comeback after spending all they dough on shit back in the day and now acting like mintrels just to pay the rent....
