@4NaJu Yes, I agree build wise, it was one of the best notebooks in its time, really equal in build quality to the old Thinkpads especially the keyboard.

Had one of those 14.1" ones. From 2nd revision with 300 MHz. I used it as my main computer from 1999 to 2006 - full 7 years! Having it run every version of MacOS from 8.5 to OS X 10.3 Panther on it during those years. Apart from latches for ejecting batteries or CD-ROM units from hot-swappable bays which could break fast the machine was built like a tank. It was my first Mac after I switched from PC. At the time it was really the best notebook out there.
