Sorry for that ^^. There are an accesory for MMD, his name is "Screen" (Yes, captain obvious, but doesn´t have other name xD). You can place it anywhere, and works like that:
Load an AVI on MMD (On newer MMD): Background - Load background file.
Depending on the mode that you have selected (On the same menu, ON Mode 01, ON Mode 02...) you can show on this screen the actual image or a AVI. Also, you can make one, search on yt "How to make a screen accessory for MikuMikuDance"

@KawaiFS630 Oh no I didn't mean that xD I didn't use the best example, its just I've got MMD too & I didn't know you could put video animations on the computer(meaning the computer Meiko was playing the game on) & So I was wondering whether you used a different program for that or not??

Yes. All MMD videos on my channel are my creations, not re-uploads from nnd, per example.
