    What behavior are you talking about? She wasn't rude, she was simply telling them what they needed to do for his own benefit. There was nothing to be sincerely concerned about. And you don't know anything about her, she could have been having a long, bad day or maybe something worse. Honestly, I have more sympathy for her. Having to be continuously interrupted by a guy saying nonsense. Not that I have anything against him, he's funny.

    Her behavior was unprofessional. It's as simple as that. It doesn't matter how many times she's "seen it before", it's her job as a nurse to not only provide the patient's family with relevant post-op information but to be respectful to the patient as well.

    I wasn't referring to the anesthesia as much as I was her lack of patient-contact skills and just overall bad attitude. She was blatantly rude and her behavior was inexcusable.
