A montage of photos from the flooding here in Queensland, Australia. I'm about an hour from some of these photos in Brisbane and 2 hours from the others where the flood waters are currently still rising.
People are rushing around everywhere trying to evacuate themselves, their families and their pets. Today on FaceBook there were dozens of requests from people asking for help to save their horses and other animals and move them to higher ground. People were offering accommodations on twitter, everyone has pulled together during this devastating time. Many did not make it out in time.

It is sad what has happened. Thank you for the data. Then we know where and how we can help. It is so treacherous, the water and it hides many dangers . I pray that many people can be helped. Nothing to think , how many are now without a home and many lose work .

Es ist traurig was passiert ist. Ich Danke dir für die Daten . So weiß man wo und wie man helfen kann. Es ist so tückisch das wasser und es verbergen sich viele Gefahren darin. Ich bete das vielen Menschen geholfen werden kann. Garnicht aus zu denken wieviele nun ohne ein zuhause sind und keine arbeit mehr haben.

I think, if the businesses in Queenland are destroyed, many people will lose theyr jobs and that would be a disaster after the disaster.
