@haydenarias Because the shape is iconic...It's has nothing to do with Gibson being bad, it's about the look and the shape being something people recognize. And Gibson is terrible as a company. They're the only company that will let a $4000 guitar through the quality control that has something as obviously wrong as a truss rod that doesn't work, or a terrible fret leveling job. This is from a person that OWNS Gibsons too, and has own several more int he past.
