    Is the video-discussion done "AFTER" entering the hangout but "PRIOR" to clicking "Start Broadcast" get recorded somewhere. Please, do tell me it does.

    I launched an interview, entered with the guest on "hangouts", we started talking, and somewhere around the 15th minute noticed the "Start Broadcast" button on which I clicked. This means that the result (of what got loaded on my Google account) is a video where things only start at the 15th minute. Hopefully the first 15 minutes are somewhere...

    It's so misleading.. all of Google's produced HangOuts are up to 1080p HD quality. But public users do their own HangOuts, it's only 480p max.
