TOM KOK & JAN WILLEM DEIMAN: "Overpass"

The Dutch duo Kok and Deiman create with Overpass a live performance whereby the video is derived from the sound.
Because of the non-explicit relation between the improvised sound and the partly generative video, a distance is obtained
between the two. The sound sketches the video without finalising it. The suggestions towards landscape, architecture
and texture introduce the sense of perspective and spatialization without deserting the abstraction.
