My parents would either lie because they didn't feel like my question was valid, or they just didn't know when I was a child and asked things like, "where did the moon go?" I see other parents do things like that all the time and I never understood it.

If I were ummm decades younger... Liz's manner of clearly relating the steps needed towards becoming a good scientist, I may have happily embraced a different life path. One of science. Hope this ignites and inspires our new generations.

@hamany12 She's a Scientist that is passionate about Earth, I'm pretty sure she doesn't like to pollute it with a vehicle. Not having a car can save you from expenses of 5,000-10,000$ dollars a year. Think about the bigger picture, not the smaller one.
