what a piece of history to keep.ill take it with me to my grave.the debate notwithstanding i would have loved to touch any of those two wonderkinds and wouldnt have minded to be a piece of shit the next moment

this was the first race seabiscuit ever ran without a starting gate, while war admiral raced many that way and was by most accounts the faster starter of the two. advantage going in, war admiral. seabiscuit beat him off the line...guess he was just more amp'd to run. war admiral was a great horse but obviously seabiscuit was the better horse.

American arrogance? Dont havr me bring up ww2 when u worthlesd italians were on the losing side so changed sides like cowards. Lol im sick of people coming on youtube(made by us arrogant americans) and talk shit bout the greatest country. Italy has no right to talk shit bout anybody else. Greatest racehorses r the American racehorses. Secretariat would destroy any bullshit italian horses.

the best horses in history are Italian.
RIBOT, gallop. 16 races, the most important in the world. 16 wins, 100% of wins, record speed.
VARENNE trot. 73 races, 62 wins, 9 placings. Record Speed. Seabiscuit 83 races 33 wins. To be the best horse you have to run more races in the world. Italy, France, Germany, Sweden and beat horses of the Queen of England. We have respect for Seabiscuit, but it'S just the best horse of the united states

Seabiscuit was an extraordinary horse. He really became a symbol for hope under the depression. A tiny horse with crooked legs, which he also broke, all four of them, but managed to recover and race again.
He sure was a miracle.
I know quite much about Seabicuit and the people around them, but their stories still brings me to tears.
It's a shame Smith's wisdom died with him.
Was it really true that War Admiral was 18.1hh and Seabiscuit was 15.1hh??????!!!!!........maybe The Admiral ws all body and stumpy legs!!!!!!!!. Oh!; and for all the people who reckon their nags are related to The Biscuit;Racehorses are so interbred anybodys horse is probaly related to him!
