Wow. That man has serious personality issues. I would not last 5 minutes working for someone so rude, arrogant, obnoxious, confrontational, aggressive and egocentric. His staff must have very low self esteem to put up with him. As for him being a great business man, the stream of customers whose kitchens have been ruined by him paints the best picture.
