@misfit13091 Man power is not the issue, the world has plenty of that (about 7 billion people worth) it is a willingness to switch an economy's priorities. Also, you wouldn't have to dispose of all non clean energy immediately, it's called a transition. Also, I agree with ashXxXburns about that issue.

The white community practically forced blacks into poverty until 1970's roughly. Blacks werent able to get an equal education because of the fear of being killed for trying. This was 50 years ago, which would make the new generation of blacks about the age of 25. They were forced to develop in the poorest neighborhood with terrible schools/peers/government. How does a black person have the same opportunities as whites when he/she has to survive from crime/peer pressure on a daily basis?
