He didn't realize you were there. I have had that happen to me. A guy was really going at it, throwing newpapers on the floor and grunting real loud. He threw a newspaper under the stall at me and I said THANKS! and he said "oh sorry man I didn't realize anyone was in here" and I said no prob and picked up the paper and started reading it and we both just took a nice shit.
