That was pretty good! Your tone is awesome ((escpecially compared to mine)) but to make that even better I'd say put more contrast on the dynamics and add more artistic expression with it!

That's great!
2 bad about you not liking that book!
I consider it part of the flutist bible.
Have you ever played Bach & Handel Sonaten, Telemann Fantasias, Mozart Concerti?
Have you seen my video..?
Cool! I have an Emerson picc!
Are you a proffesional flutist?
You should think of playing somep pieces from the book "Flute Music by French Composers"

::grins:: I have that book, and I don't like any of the music out of it. As for being a professional, I was in a Marine Band for four years after I got out of high school, I don't play in public hardly at all anymore, but I still enjoy playing:)

Hi,
I am just curious what kind of flute do you play...?
Is it a Louis Lot?
Have you seen my video?

The flute I play on is an Emerson I bought from someone for 200 bucks about seven or eight years ago. Perhaps someday I'll have money for something a bit better:)

you have to improve your articulation

Yeah, I had a bad habit I picked up in the Marine Corps, and I've overcompensated. We had an Enlisted Band Leader that said that notes of the same length following one another had to be accented. Accented to him meant articulating hard enough for the beginning of the note to jump an octave. Now I need to find the "Middle Ground":)
