He's actually saying something about the four cable method which means you got the posibility to put effects AFTER the amp gain process with the send and return effects loop. He's saying that you can do that with Boss GT 10 and it brings better sound quality plus you have a noise gate which makes as much as no sense before the preamp stage.

Now the Boss GT 10 is four-cable-able, so you can put effects like Distortion and Wah-Wah before and effects like Delay and Reverb after the preamp.

No idea. What do you mean by multifx processor? Is it something like a digital modelling amp? Isn't the Boss GT also a modelling amp? (*duck*)
