ADW Launcher EX has more of these transitions when it first came out. Currently I'm using the Flip equivalent. I haven't tried Launcher Pro, but ADW Launcher EX is perfectly fine for me so far.

Try ADWLauncher EX. You will NEVER give LauncherPro a second look, after you play with the settings to see what it has to offer! I love it! I have a video demoing it on my channel, under the transform playlist
