No, it's Spider-man 3. I was there on the set in Cleveland this past Spring. Look at the photos on Garboo.com and other sites. All the crew had badges that said "Spider-man 3". Sandman was there, the stunts are new (show me where in spider-man 2 a armored truck filled with sand crashes). Not to mention it was all over the internet and newspapers that Spider-man was filming in Cleveland. Oh, and there was that sign that said SPIDER-MAN 3. But your right, its Spider-Man 2. My bad.
