  • Great Vid. I have CTS, and do all that stuff, the stretching, Icing, Ibuprofen, etc. Got my 500 count bottle sitting on top of my amp at all times. I hope that ppl who come across this vid take it seriously. This stuff is so basic, but it works. Also, for beginners, so you don't strain your wrist going to funky angles early on, try to build up finger strength on your fretting hand. I would suggest buying a Digi-Grip, or any other similar product.

  • @Trax17032 good call on the digi-grip

  • Nice video and great advice. I've got about the same thing/ vid up (yours was related) doing the same stretch in a bit different way, but that doesn't matter. Classical position is okay, but I think the other is good too as long as you pay attention to your wrist not over extending. Nice. The icing too, it's about the same advice the doctors gave me. Just the editing, I haven't liked that ever since... Shawn Dawson ;S. But anyway thats just personal I guess.

    CYA!
