Wow you've had this posted for 3 yrs now and only 356 views? I remember it all too well over here in Clarkson. We had to go out the 2nd day of it to get a new anchor for our service line before the power got hooked up (took another week or so after that) so they didn't want us to reinspect just for a tie point. Been through worse ice storms than this just never in such a wooded area with services so run into the ground and people in the area so unaware of what to do for themselves.
