Want want want!
Religious people assume they're ENTITLED to anything good they can imagine could possibly be bestowed upon them.
My faith extends as far as I welcome the idea of being created by something (pre universe) But life IS heaven/hell, after which your composition is recycled back to the universe to which it belongs, nothing more. Count your one big blessing, as it's already been granted to you from the moment you realize and respect the fact that you're a living creature.

In this debate: two secular humanists VS. two guys who think judaism is a form of secular humanism.

Their god and religious beliefs may be just as cruel and foolish as any other religion's, but at least the jews have sense of humor going for them...

Heaven sounds boring to me. What happens after you've seen and done everything there is to do there.

Saw this today .... "Why do church spires have lightning rods" does not really need an answer :-)

@Angelalynx999 Datz beautiful, BIG smilez!
The possibilities of the afterlife (or lack of) are so much more intriguing to look forward to than the boring idea of circlejerking with all of mankind for eternity about god's glory in heaven.

if I was a god believer I'd at least be consistant in my way of thinking and believe in any other mythological creatures or concepts. Someone should be able to point at some horse footprints in the ground and tell me it's unicorn footprints and that should be enough for me to believe in unicorns. Why not, it takes less than that for you to believe in god.
