@travis4g94 Your seats are 60lbs a piece,the ones I put in are 14 ilbs, all the carpet and sound deadening material was 80 lbs, I took out the power amp and all the speakesr too. So yea it is worth it,It is a different car when you get it down under 2900lbs,it becomes even more nimble and handles fantastic.

@TrackratM3 2600 is very light! i have been gutting my trunk and a bunch of odds and ends. im working on getting seats soon because i have the power seats. Im thinking about pulling the carpet and taking the sound deadening out and then putting the carpet back in. Would that even be worth it?

@travis4g94 The biggest weight reductions or replacements where:
seats,sunroof,plexi windshield,rims,carpet&sound deadening,CF hood,ac delete,and a lot of little odds and ends, I plan on taking the rest of the carpet out soon(up front portion)and putting a lightweight flywheel back in, that will take off another 50 lbs.I have a friend with an e36 m3 that weight 2600, and that's with a full cage.
