Peter Levesque's closing reflections from an invitation seminar about Knowledge Mobilization. He suggests that James Prochaska's Transtheoretical Model of Change may be a useful tool to determine where individuals and organizations are in terms of their readiness for knowledge mobilization. He makes comments about some of the critical needs: leadership, tools, infrastructure, and capital. He will continue to make video blog entries on knowledge mobilization as he explores various issues and aspects of this emerging field of work.
