Moving a 21000 lb Concrete Chamber

This seemed like a pretty small chamber for 21000 pounds. I actually was able to lift it clear of the ground without any problem, but the chains were cracking the sides of the chamber, so we used two machines to avoid further damage.

Not 21 tons - only about half that. It's 21,000 lbs.

Both. But I don't drive the garbage truck any more. Haven't been on that job for a few months.
