Yup you read that right.This is a video about me eating kina (plural) mmmm.Or what is normally known to our European brothers as Sea Urchins or them spikey things that live on the bottom of the ocean.

Yes I know they live on the micro organism & tiny things that float to the bottom of the ocean like, whale pooh, but honestly they taste so nice & creamy. Kina are a huge delicacy for Maori People here and all over the world. You are guaranteed to make a friend with a Maori person if you offer them Kina, unless they don't like'em of course.

The people of Japan also enjoy the taste of Kina, but a quick google says they call them Uni. Absolutely an acquired taste that I can only compare it to caviar in looks, although Ive never tasted caviar. I encourage you to try it or use it in a prank yeah that would be kool.
