Never played this game before and at first i didnt really like it. After a while it grew on me a little. Its not my type of game but it totally awesome and probably better than the second as a whole.

I found a random boss in the sewer but he kept killing me so i left him thinking i would have to fight him later. But i finished the game and he never came up, so i went back and beat him and found a whole level that i never did. So i added it at the end. Kinda breaks the video up a bit but i didnt feel like redoing all the last few levels again. He was imo the hardest boss in game too and one of the hardest levels in the game also.

I used to have this game for the PC. It was nearly the same, except for the intro.

I could always tell when a game was a port from Amiga. Those games somehow always had a certain atmosphere to them, with certain color and sound themes.

I first saw this game being played in an independent computer shop, and remember thinking the graphics and sound were amazing! Loved it so much I also bought Second Samurai when it came out. That allowed 2 players if my memory serves me correctly. They don't make games like this any more.

This game definitely has one of the coolest intro songs ever.

As a kid I always turned down the volume when I reached the first boss beacuse it growled so loud and scary.

i played this game for the amiga and got to the last baddie an dgame crashed, was gutted..
