"Carly Crutchfield is a great speaker on stage and like thousands of others we believed not only what she said but who she was. Carly negotiated for 18 months to buy our property promising us she had done due diligence and had the money to buy and develop. We trusted her.

Carly Crutchfield signed an unconditional contract (put and call option) to buy the property 12 months later. But weeks before settlement (2 and a half years later) she told us she didn't have the money... but promised to "honour" the contract, raise the money and settle. On the day of settlement we receive an accountants letter stating she was liquidating the company she put the contract in. Her lawyers said if we sue we'll get nothing...

Anyone can be a millionaire if they are willing to tie up millions of dollars worth of peoples property and then dump them and fold the company if the deal doesn't suit them anymore...only go ahead if they are making a killing.

The courts will decide whether what she did was illegal, fraudulent and deceptive. You can decide if it was MORAL...

This is outrageous. You tube is one thing and it's good to get it out there but the authorities need to investigate this. Clearly this women was exploited and deceived. We do have legislation in place to protect consumers. This is not a 'commercial' transaction' this is peoples lives, families and homes at stake. The Carly women admits this is unacceptable but does it to them anyway.

With all her money i would have been paying to make up for this to save credibility with all the bad publicity that's going with this. Many Carly supporters seem to still be missing the point that a satisfied customer in the property development business is someone who has successfully done a development that made money, NOT someone who went to a rev-up seminar and got revved up. If you don't ever DO what the seminar teaches you to do, then it doesn't matter how much you LIKED the seminar.

Talk to people who have tried using Carly's strategies to find out how satisfied the customers are.

Sad story, Carly had a contract, said she was honouring it no matter what, threw a book and sore when she said her lawyer told her she could walk away and what did she do? She walked away!!!!

She knew it was wrong, admitted it was wrong and did it anyway!

Her lawyer should have told her that Aussies like a fairgo and playing dirty tricks like this will destroy her!!! She does not deserve to be successful or rich.
