Nuh uh, notice the decreasing number of ice-cream pops, pet potions use a separate stack previously equipped onto the pet.
Though, it is a possibility that she's using both at the same time.

She's probably not killing the Blood things because, she'd much rather take 1.7-1.8K from the little monsters as opposed to like 3-4K from Pianus.
