What Martin should really be telling people is that Council Tax is an Illegal tax and does not have to be Paid At all, so yes i will repeat Council Tax Is an ILLEGAL TAX. claim back all you have paid to the corrupt councils today.and be free of those demands.

@Richxxxy I don't know about you, though I wrote to my Bank quoting the points that needed to be raised and got my over charged fees back...!! So I was vary happy about that..

I find Martin Lewis really helpful. I am in process of trying to claimback protection contributions on a loan and although I am doing it thro a third party and pay a percentage to them. If I loose I dont pay anything if I win at least I get sonmething back. You can also claim bank charges in this way. I think Martin Lewis should be applauded for informing people of their rights. I receive his email and find it really helpful.
