Trusting your inner instincts is an important skill to learn, although there are times when your mind can play tricks on you. When your body and mind are under stress, it may be difficult to see the difference between good thoughts and those that arise from fear.

This video shows how to deal with your fears, dealing with feelings, when not to trust your thoughts and healing from fear.

  • Fear is part of the primal fight/flight survival mechanism. When you are not secure you feel fear when you feel powerless attain security and contentment. The primal way is use commensurate aggression, but today that is not going to help because the hand that feeds us is keeping us in fear and insecurity. Avoid apathy and help each other, pull each other out of the pit. Economic famine and job losses, theres going to be a lot of insecurity and bouts of aggression.
