I made this video for TheRangerStation.com to show the basics of leveling a, specifically, 1996 Mazda B3000 2WD. Applies to any Twin I-Beam truck though, Ranger, BroncoII, Explorer, etc. The washers are 1 3/8" ID x 3" OD and the threaded rod is 3/4" dia. x 11 thread count. I have the part numbers for the shocks and camber/caster bushings if anyone would like them.

  • i got a 91 f150 3" suspension and 2" body need to level it out any sugestions ? its 2wd

  • You could probably apply the same concept as this to your truck, although the size of the washers would most likely be a little different. Or, since you have a lift on it already, you could remove/modify the rear suspension lift to level it out. (I.E. remove lift block/remove part of add-a-leaf)

  • Hey great video do you still got the part numbers for the shocks and camber caster adjustment bushings and where did you get them from?? I just put in a 2 inch level kit in my 94 ranger today and am in desperate need of new shocks and alighnment!! I would realy apreciate it

  • Sure, I got the bushings and shocks from NAPA. Bushing part# is NCP 2643950 and the shocks were part # RR 94276

  • Nice video. Also wondering if this would work on a 1990 chevy 1500 2wd truck.

  • I'm sure the same concept would apply as far as making spacers, although I know alignment would be different between SLA susp. and TIB susp. I'm not too familiar with Chevy trucks, but as long as it's coil sprung I'm sure there's a way this idea could be applied, as long as it isn't torsion bar (which I THINK is only on 4wd Chevy's).

  • Hey, you think this would work on an 87 ford f 350? It has the same TIB front on it and that looks allot easier than an idea i had.

  • @stevo1357911 thats all the kit shows in the picture... so idk.

  • okay i have a 93 ford ranger 4x4. it has 2 inch blocks in the back and i wanna level it out. i know a leveling kit is 160$ off the internet or whatever. it has the spacers and the longer bolt for under the coil springs. is this all i need or do i need new shocks too?

  • I just went n bought the alluminum spacer kit off ebay for 60 bucks, way safer than washers and nice priced

  • @MrSBChevy His truck, he can do whatever he wants to it. His life, he can act anyway he wants to.

  • or you can just order the leveling kit to do it the right way for less than 100

  • why would you lift a 2wd truck. this is too funny.im sitting here , watching a video of a white boy that wants to be a nigger, telling me how to lift a 2wd truck.

whats the fucked up part? white boy trying to be a nigger,or lifting a 2wd truck?

  • 1985-1995 2wd F150 factory spacers work fine!

  • i have a 94 mazda b4000 could i lift my truck using this method

  • ur fuckin dumb. that truck couldnt be more bro'd out.
