I'm brazilian and the only problem I have in understanding Prof. Agashe is the low quality of the audio. Accents are no problem

The lectures are all easy to understand, no content cramming in this, and the sound is ok as well, apart from the fact that lessons are well-organized. I'd give it an 8~8.5!

You are making a mistake because you don't know anything about control engineering, if you look into a control engineering book written by a Canadian author you'll see that book says the same things. It is a very important part of systems engineering course and the reason the lecturer is illustrating the topic so much is because he is trying to come up from the very basic, so that even the students who doesn't have any back ground in this subject can understand.
