This is an interior video of my Penske rental truck... it is an International 4300 with a Maxon lift-gate and Morgan box. This truck is typically rented to businesses and is a "local" truck. This truck is not allowed to leave the Tampa area (because it is owned by the local Tampa rental location) and, it MUST be returned to the same Tampa location that it was rented from. However - the typical corporate trucks that are usually rented without a lift-gate can be taken to any Penske location in the US.

This video is mainly for Eric (internationalRLfan) because I know how much he loves International trucks. I hope you all enjoy!

This truck is under CDL with a Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR) of 26,000 lbs, and yes, it does have air brakes. Typical Penske Rental trucks DO NOT have air brakes.

  • my dad drives a international 2000

  • @zachmamaw Nice.

  • when u turn cruise control on and press excel while its in idle and the truck will not shut down as long as the rpms are set up just one mark over what it idles at, thats what u have to do to ryder trucks, penske is probably the same thing though!

  • @zachdaney13 Good to know, I'll keep that in mind.

  • if you want these trucks to keep running raise the rpm to 1000 and set the cruise and it won't shut off

  • @bigorangecrazy Thanks I did not know that.

  • How much does this size truck cost per day to rent? I have a co worker who is moving next month and I would like to help her move her furniture from the old apartment to the new apartment and I was wondering if I should rent Ryder, Penske or Uhaul. Ive leaned towards mainly Uhaul since they have lower boxes and gasoline engines. But Uhaul charges $.79 per mile during your rental.

  • @FormerWMDriver From what I hear you dont need a CDL to operate this truck. Even some furniture companies do not require a CDL to drive their trucks and I know Raymour and Flanigan doesnt require a CDL but does require experience driving a 24ft to 26ft straight truck.

  • wat year is it

  • 10/10 great job

  • It was probably made on 2005 but it's the 2006 model year.

  • would of been nice if you could of let us hear it restart

  • @nova9403 LOL yeah I thought the same thing the first time I saw an automatic transmission shifter like that one.
