In November of 2006 the Open Records Project made two requests for public records under the law. Neither of these requests has been honored by the City of Alachua.
Clovis Watson, City Manager, previously stated he was going to CHANGE the policies and performance of the City with regard to such requests.
However, after discovering that Watson delivered on the FIRST of a series of outstanding requests, Marian and Robert Rush, of the law firm of Rush and Glassman, "advised" (or ordered?) Clovis Watson to CEASE BEING COOPERATIVE in the production of records.
In this video, after Watson AND the City ignored the repeated attempts to communicate and arrange to discuss these requests - Grapski encounters Watson and attempts to get answers to his questions.
Watson continues to refuse and thus defies the public records law of the State of Florida.
A week after this video the City of Alachua began arresting me at City buildings. The day of this video, and its placement onto YouTube, the City officials and extreme right-wing activists associated with them began openly calling me a terrorist, claiming they feared for their lives - citing what I do in these two videos - and stating that I would likely commit a massacre such as occurred yesterday in Arizona with Congresswoman Giffords. Who is the real threat - who the real criminal?
