I believe that this clip was made on 27th November, 1995. Sorry, I don't know how old Paul Reynolds is - you could try looking him up at the Internet Movie Data Base.

Paul Reynolds (born 4 August 1962, Liverpool, England) is the former lead guitarist and backup singer for the Liverpool band A Flock of Seagulls. He was definitely not 10 years old when performing with AFOS.
