Great video, plan on doing a whole hog on Dec 3rd. First time but can't wait. We will be having lots of pork and a big F'n salad so everyone is happy. Jeez, folks, find something else to be hateful over.

Good Video I haven't been able to smoke a whole hog but am looking forward to it. Do you put additional seasoning in the meat after its cooked or do you just serve it up once it's done? Thanks
