Thats interesting what you said there about shadow beings. I get sleep paralysis every second night or so and I often feel things poking me in the back and on occasion I feel something hugging me. I sleep on my side and they ALWAYS get me from behind. They don't bother me much at all apart from the odd case when they molest me lol. Thats rare though. Could these things be "shadow beings"? Funnily enough thats exactly how I picture them even though I've never seen them. Kinda like noob saibot
