LOL....I couldn't find mine this morning and went hunting for him for like 1/2 hour. Gave up a turned my back for like 15 seconds and the kids was like THEIR HE IS! Must have been sleep under the sand. I wish I would have read up on them before I brought him (guy at the Petland told me he was a "Dragon Goby"and that it was a passive fish and might get bullied by my Damsels). Day 1 he started chewing on my cleaner shirmp & hermit crabs. R.I.P cleaner shrimp.

@70gallonfishtank they are not...wait till it grows and starts eating all the fish and stuff it can, and then it will start moving all the rock work where he decides he wants it, he probably wont eat coral or anything, but he will knock rocks over onto it and stuff

i thought dragon wrasses arent reef safe?
We use to have one and did exactly that, then it went missing!, a few days later we decided to look for him....it was dead under the foundation sand and coral!! :(
Probably got in but couldn't get back out!

This one used to do that a lot, he would always come out, it was so cool to see him doing this. Eventually he died but I am not sure if I want another one because he will move all rocks all over the place, anything that was as big as him he will move but for sure he was keeping the sand clean.
