Ganges Pollution

Pollution in Ganges/ Ganga. The sacred river of Hinduism. People drink and bathe in this river. The water is believed to "HOLY."
India claims to be a great country, but all the factories dump their waste in this river and the Government is doing nothing about it. Thousnads of people die everyday because of the pollution. Dead bodies are thrown into the river. The Marine life has completey vanished. THIS IS THE REAL INDIA.

shitnessss!! i cant absorb all that i just watched.. im shaken :S how can a Holy ablution be performed in this river??????? there are dead bodies every where in it and people are doing all sorts of things in it.. not just human dead bodies but animals too.. damn!! im so glad im not an indian or a hindu. their pakistani neighbors are a lot better, i can assure u that.

@farymn PBS has a full series on Ganges Pollution, you should check it out if you are interested. Yeah this stuff is really nasty... and actually Pakistani's are Muslim and all Muslims make sanitation a huge deal, so yeah Pakistan is a whole lot better.
