  • UGH! I need to find some potato dumpling mix to make this ASAP!

  • It looks terribly nasty, but god, how good it taste

  • Haha im norwegian and I don't know what "potet klub" is

  • It's almost the way we make it except we put salty salt pork in the middle before cooking, and also we cook it in the morning with alittle milk an butter and cut it with canned peach's mmmmmm mm!!

  • Where Im from in Norway, we would never make it this way...We make it way easier.

Peel the potatoes, then grind them in a meatgrinder, mix with salt and pepper according to taste, put batches of "dough" in a cloth and squeeze until youve done all. Then mix with some wheatflour (not too much, (it will get too hard and dry) Make big balls and in the middle you put some "flesk" (kind of like unsmoked bacon, but you can use bacon if you like) Boil for at least an hour. :D

We call it "Kompe" Enjoy :)
