@daazninvazn131 usually my batter gets too liquid when i add to much italian meringue. try to add it little by little and check on the spoon, it has to be thick enough to move slowly without being runny

grrrrr.... those little buggers are far too evasive. Btw, could you give me some advice? My batter is too liquidy, and resembles cake batter because it cant maintain its shape very well. Is this because im not whipping the egg whites enough (i whip it until its white and forms peaks that collapse after a few seconds) or is it because im not using enough flour/sugar? thanks if you reply!
