deff need to be opening ur front hip up faster. You will deff see an increase of velocity. Watch out for that back elbow tho, its borderline dangerous i can see ur pulling it up 1/4 inch to 1/2 higher than ur shoulder, then it drops down into the right slot. Look at strasburg he does it even higher than you and hes out with tommy john.
