The Y Mural Unveiling

YMCA Executive Director John McCullough explains the process behind the new history-based mural at the YMCA in Burnham. Professional muralist Dwight Kirkland led the project which was painted with the help of a group of local children. Rog Smith, Executive Director of The Perry County Council of the Arts, also speaks about the community-wide support the mural received from Dwight, John and the YMCA, Cher Harpster and Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Juniata Valley, local artist Angela Niman, Community Partnerships RC&D, the Pennsylvania Council on the Arts and many more
