So that your frosting won't be too soggy put it in the freezer for twenty minutes and then leave at room temperature for ten minutes. The frosting will not freeze it will still be soft but a little bit harder so that ur decorations come out good

If you added to much milk, just add more powdered sugar! It could also be the food coloring, did you use drops? If yes then you want to use color gel (wiltons color gel is 1.50) color drops makes the frosting watery cuz it changes the consistency, coloring gel does not!

if the frosting comes out soggy i actually put in the fridge for like an hour or two

they look nice, but i would strongly suggested not using black and red frosting at all next time. the dye is very noticeable when u eat it. but excellent designs!

No that is not true, as the cupcakes where fully cooled before icing, we put too much milk in the icing. If truth be known.
